What is new? Workouts will only be 30 minutes long! Our lives are already busy and we are constantly striving towards work-life balance, so exercise should be something fun and enjoyable. These exercises are quick, but potent – do not underestimate them… 😉 I don’t believe in over-exercising my body: 4 proper workouts a week work for me. Exercise is a celebration of what your amazing body can do, not punishment for what you ate or a low self-esteem.
4 workouts per week | 30-minute workouts | Equipment needed: dumbbells, skipping rope, booty band (optional).
I encourage you to make this program your own and to make it work for YOU! There will never be time, unless you make time. If you are truly focused on feeling good, you’ll design your life in a way that sets you up for greatness. Maybe a commitment of 30 minutes, 4 times a week is the self-discipline challenge you needed to get your groove back. 😉
