Hello again! I hope you’re ready to join us for the next 6 weeks of strength training and toning with powerbands!
I know the December holidays are lying ahead and it’s usually a big challenge for me to stay fit and active, because I don’t have a set routine. Many of you might not have access to a gym or your usual equipment either, so you lose motivation to train without your trusted machinery. Renée and I kept all of these challenges in mind and we realised a workout program with powerbands will make it easy and accessible for anyone to follow our program throughout their whole holiday, because you can do it from absolutely anywhere! I don’t know about you, but I want to start off my year fit and strong!
I am also going on the road with Boer Soek ‘n Vrou very soon, so this incredible program will enable me to fit in all of my weekly workouts, no matter where I am in the country.
